Equinix Names Schwab and Juniper Networks Executives To Board of Directors

Redwood City, CA. – July 25, 2000 — Equinix, Inc., creator and operator of neutral IBX™ (Internet Business Exchange™) centers, today announced the addition of two industry leaders to its Board of Directors. Dawn Lepore, vice chairman and chief information officer for The Charles Schwab Corporation and Scott Kriens, chairman, president and chief executive officer of Juniper Networks, Inc. (NASDAQ: JNPR) have been elected to the company’s Board of Directors effective immediately.
